前言/INTRODUCTION
「龙」是中华民族的传统象征，从古至今，代表着权威、吉祥和喜庆。在神话故事里，龙的形象更是充满了传奇色彩。龙文化蕴涵着中国人所重视的天人合一的宇宙观，阴阳交合的发展观，以及兼容并包的多元文化观。龙文化作为中华民族的特征性文化图腾，发挥着凝聚力和向心力作用，蕴含着一种深层的文化意绪和一种血肉相联的情感。
"Dragon"is the traditional symbol of the Chinese nation,from ancient times to the present,representing authority,good luck and happiness.In the fairy tale,the image of the dragon is full of legend.Dragon culture,as a characteristic cultural totem of the Chinese nation.
2023我们推出“龙年春节主题艺术设计创意大赛”的活动，通过多元融合的方式，以艺术设计的表现形式探索中国生肖文化的奥秘，开拓生肖文化与传统、时尚相结合的新思路，创作充分体现生肖文化「龙」元素的设计作品。与设计艺术界各位朋友一同赋活传统文化，为城市人文赋予更多新意，激发出趣乐纷呈的新年新气象。
2023 We launch the"Year of the Dragon Spring Festival theme Art Design Creative Competition"activity,through the integration of multiple ways,to explore the mystery of Chinese zodiac culture in the form of artistic design,explore the new ideas of combining zodiac culture with tradition and fashion,and create design works that fully reflect the"dragon"element of zodiac culture.

面向全国设计师、设计机构、设计院校师生，所有对艺术、设计、创意热爱并支持本次征集活动的个人、团队和机构均可参加。（本次活动不收取任何费用）
For national designers,design institutions,teachers and students of design schools,all individuals,teams and institutions who love art,design and creativity and support this solicitation can participate.(There is no charge for this event)

作品的内容和元素应遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规和政策规定，按照要求进行开放式设计，聚焦“龙年生肖+春节”，以传统文化特色融合现代元素，从多角度进行创新，突破以往的设计理念及设计形式，充分彰显新非遗精神、融入文化焕新、品牌打造、时尚消费理念，能够激发和唤醒年轻人群对传统文化的兴趣和喜欢。呈现创意无限、充满趣味、活泼喜庆的龙年新春形象气氛。

The content and elements of the work should comply with the relevant laws,regulations and policies of the People's Republic of China,carry out an open design according to the requirements,focus on the"Year of the Dragon+Spring Festival",integrate modern elements with traditional cultural characteristics,innovate from multiple angles,and break through the previous design concepts and design forms.Fully demonstrating the spirit of new intangible cultural heritage,integrating cultural rejuvenation,brand building,and fashion consumption concepts can stimulate and awaken young people's interest in and love for traditional culture.Present creative,fun,lively festive dragon Spring image atmosphere.
