竞赛内容

Competition Contect
按照上海市委市政府对黄浦江两岸综合开发的总体部署和要求，黄浦江东岸滨江公共空间贯通工作启动。按照“以人为 本、环境友好，人与自然交融、文化与生态互动、健身与旅游结合”的总体要求，围绕“将黄浦江打造成文化集聚轴、生态景观轴、运动休闲轴以及产业发展轴”的 建设理念，上海市规土局、浦东新区人民政府已组织开展了“黄浦江东岸开放空间贯通项目国际方案征集”、“黄浦江东岸开放空间贯通国际青年设计竞赛”等多个 竞赛，得到来自全球相关领域的专业人才及青年学生的积极响应，成果已应用于“浦江东岸开放空间贯通设计方案”中。
为进一步提升东岸滨江公共 开放空间品质，规划实施方案明确在东岸沿线贯通的基础上，将为市民提供休闲步道、跑步道、自行车道等设施。同时，沿线将建设24座灯塔（间距约1公里）， 作为未来浦江东岸核心景观标志，有节奏地出现在重要的节点空间。灯塔是应跑者与市民需求的“1公里漫步跑步骑行里程”的记录点，市民可以在灯塔上观景，识 别出自己的位置。夜间能通过灯塔的照明感受城市的安全。

• 中期提交成果
  1. 成果内容
     成果内容应包含表达设计意图的文字及图纸。其中，图纸内容包括：
     各层平面图（需注明尺寸）； 立面图（需注明尺寸）； 剖面图（需注明尺寸）； 多角度透视图； 夜间照明效果图； 以及表达设计意图的其他图纸。
  2. 成果形式
     成果需提供反映文字说明和图纸内容的文本一套。
     文本应为高清版本电子文件，统一采用A3大小（横幅），可选择以中文或英文两种语言形式提交，同时封面必须注明主办方反馈的报名编号。
• 最终提交成果

     各层平面图（需注明尺寸）；立面图（需注明尺寸）；剖面图（需注明尺寸）；多角度透视图；夜间照明效果图；节点设计详图（需注明尺寸）；计程牌、标识系统等设计详图（需注明尺寸）；以及表达设计意图的其他图纸。
  2. 成果形式
     成果需提供反映文字说明和图纸内容的文本及设计图版一套。如图叛能完整反映设计成果要求，可省略文本部分。
     图版应为高清版本电子文件，用于作品展览、评选及出版，统一采用A0 大小，不宜少于4张，可选择以中文或英文两种语言形式提交，图版及文本封面必须注明主办方反馈的报名编号。
     最终评审应准备5分钟ppt作现场汇报，国外因故不能参加的团队可提交5分钟的ppt自动演示文件（需配音）。

• Intermediate deliverables
  1. Contents of deliverables
     Deliverables should consist of the texts and drawings delivering the design concepts. The drawings should include:
     Plans of each level (sizes specified); Elevation drawings (sizes specified); Cross-section drawings (sizes specified); Perspective drawings; Night illumination rendering; And other drawings delivering design concepts.
  2. Forms of deliverables
     Deliverables should contain a set of descriptive texts and drawings.
     Texts should be high-resolution A3 electronic files (horizontal version) written in Chinese or English, marked with the register ID we provided on the cover.
• Submission of final deliverables
  1. Contents of deliverables
     Deliverables should consist of the texts and drawings delivering the design concepts. The drawings should include:
     Plans of each level (sizes specified); Elevation drawings (sizes specified); Cross-section drawings (sizes specified); Perspective drawings; Night illumination rendering; Detailed design drawings of nodes (sizes specified); Detailed design drawings of milestones and mileage indicating system (sizes specified); And other drawings delivering design concepts.
  2. Forms of deliverables
     Deliverables should contain a set of descriptive texts and drawings. Texts can be omitted if drawings alone can fulfill the requirements for deliverables.
     Drawings should be high-resolution A0 electronic files with no less than 4 pages for display, election and publishing, written in Chinese or English and marked with the we register ID provided on the drawings and text cover.
     In the final appraisal, each contestant should prepare a 5-minute presentation with ppt. The contestants failing to attend on-site appraisal should submit 5-minute dubbed ppt files.

本次设计竞赛设置优胜奖8个（每组各1名），优胜奖获得者将获得主办方的委托权，承担下一阶段的设计深化工作，设计费用根据需深化程度另行协商，确保方案得到有效实施；入围奖16个（每组2名），奖金各8万元；所有获奖方案将集结出版成书。
注：此奖金包含税费，未中奖方案不设保底费用。
In this competition, we will have 8 final winners (1 for each group), who will be commissioned to deepen the designs at the next stage. Such design fee will subject to consultation depending on the deepening degree required to execute the design scheme. We also have 16 finalists (2 for each group), each with prize of RMB 80,000. All the award-winning works will be collected into a book for publishing.
Note: This prize includes taxes and dues. The works failing in the competition have no minimum guarantee payment for costs.
