2023年国际中文日“以中文与世界相拥”HSK短视频大赛征集通知
活动背景
Background
2023年谷雨时节，是联合国第十四个中文日。今年亦是“一带一路”倡议提出10周年，中国与沿途各国开展的基础设施建设、贸易投资、文化交流等项目均取得了辉煌成果，让各国民众实现了“民心相通”，关系不断走深走实。
为庆祝中文日和“一带一路”的建设成果，清华大学东南亚中心联合汉考国际、国内外院校和中小学及HSK考点，组织“以中文与世界相拥”中文短视频作品征集活动。
活动旨在携手全球的中文学习者，搭建起跨越地理和文化阻隔的民众交流连心桥，为促进人类对文明的继承和传播，推进多元文化的交融创新和助力“一带一路”人类命运共同体的构建贡献力量。
The Grain Rain of 2023, one of the 24 solar terms in China, is the day of the 14th International Chinese Language Day. This year is also the 10th anniversary of the "Belt and Road" initiative, and the infrastructure construction, trade and investment, and cultural exchange projects between China and other countries along the way have all accomplished brilliant achievements, allowing people from different countries to understand each other, promoting the construction of deeper relationship.
To celebrate International Chinese Language Day and the achievements of the "Belt and Road", Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center，together with Chinese Testing International Co., Ltd.、 various educational institutions and schools, and HSK test centers are calling for HSK Short Videos Competition with the theme of "Embrace the World Through Chinese".
The event aims to forge a bridge for people-to-people communication and a spiritual bond that transcends geographical and cultural barriers by joining the hands of all Chinese language learners across the world. It will help advance the transmission and spread of civilizations around the world and contribute to the promotion of international multicultural integration and innovation, as well as the construction of the “Belt and Road.”
征集对象
Event Participants
面向全世界非母语的中文学习者、中文爱好者，国籍和地区不限。可以以学校、机构名义组织参与。
Non-native Chinese learners and Chinese culture enthusiasts all over the world, regardless of nationality or region. Participation can be organized in the name of schools and institutions.
征集内容
Scope of the selected topics
1. 我学习中文的经验分享
Experiences about learning Chinese language;
2. 来中国留学我最期待的事情（学中文、美食、旅游等）
The most anticipated things about studying in China (learning Chinese language, food, travel, etc.) ;
3. 我的中文书法、绘画、茶艺、武术、中国乐器展示及讲解的视频
Demonstration of Chinese calligraphy works, painting, tea ceremony, martial arts, or musical instruments;
4. 中国方言或中文绕口令挑战
The Challenge to speak Chinese dialect or Chinese tongue twister;
5. 分享我最喜欢的中国元素
Favorite Chinese elements sharing.
以上主旨五选一
Any of the five topics is eligible.
活动日程 Selection process and schedule
1. 作品征集
2023年5月04日-6月10日
Collecting of Videos: May 4th, 2023 - June 10th, 2023
Participants can submit the videos during this period.
2. 作品初审
2023年6月10日-6月30日
基本审核和筛选，包括作品主旨和内涵是否具有感染力，画面、手法、衔接是否流畅等。
First Review: June 10th, 2023 - June 30th, 2023
This is the first and basic round of review and evaluation, including whether or not the theme and subject of the work are appealing, whether the picture quality, technique and cohesion of the video is smooth and so on.
3. 网络评选
2023年6月30日-7月30日
通过初审的视频将在bilibili（账号：汉语考试HSK）和Youtube（账号：HSK Official）两个平台进行为期30天的网络投票。
Online Voting: June 30th, 2023 - July 30th, 2023
The videos that pass the first review will be open for online votes on bilibili (ACCOUNT: 汉语考试HSK) and YouTube (ACCOUNT: HSK Official) for 30 days.
4.专家评审
2023年6月30日-7月30日
邀请相关专家统一对通过初审的视频进行评定。
Expert Evaluation: June 30th, 2023 - July 30th, 2023
Relevant experts will be invited to evaluate videos that pass the first review.
5.颁奖典礼
2023年8月初
综合网络投票结果（50%）以及专家评审结果（50%），评出各个奖项后，颁发获奖证书和奖品。
Award Ceremony: early August
Each award will be confirmed based on the results of online voting and expert evaluation. Certificates and prizes will be presented at the award ceremony.
作品要求与形式
Rules and format requirements
1. 以个人名义投稿，每人限投稿一个作品。
Each participant should choose a topic and submit only one video.
2. 以学校、机构名义投稿数量不限。
The number of submissions in the name of any school or institution is not limited.
3. 契合主旨，表现形式不限，演讲、朗诵、脱口秀、表演、书法等均可。
Any form that fits the theme is eligible, such as speech, recitation, talk show, performance, calligraphy demonstration, etc.
4. 视频配音、字幕为中文，时长1-3分钟。
The video should be dubbed and subtitled in Chinese and last 1 - 3 minutes.
5. 视频格式为高清MP4，文件大小不超过100MB。
The video format should be HD MP4, and the file size must not exceed 100MB.
6. 视频画面干净，不带角标、台徽、水印或标识。
The video should be clear, without corner marks, TV station marks, watermarks, or logos.
7. 手机录制建议横幅拍摄，使用后置摄像头，拍摄时请保持手机稳定。
If the video is recorded on a mobile phone, you are advised to use a rear camera, to shoot the video in landscape mode and to keep the mobile phone stable.
8. 请将视频作品及报名表一并发送至 tougao@chinesetest.cn邮箱。
Please send your video and registration form to tougao@chinesetest.cn.
9. 邮件标题统一为“国籍+作者姓名+作品名字+作者邮箱”。
The subject of the email should be “nationality + author name + work name + author email”.
注意：以上任意要求和格式出错都会影响对作品的审核。
Please note that any wrong formats can influence the first review of your video.

注意事项
Dos and don'ts
1. 作者不得使用他人作品投稿，一经发现，立即取消评选资格。
Participants are not allowed to submit other people’s works. If discovered, you will be immediately disqualified.
2. 版权声明：投稿人保证所投作品系其个人创作完成，并享有完整版权。自向活动方投稿之日起，即视为投稿人将其所投稿作品的著作权(署名权除外)及链接权授予活动方。投稿人享有作品署名权，并承担所投作品因传播和出版所引起的境内外版权责任。
Copyright statement: The contributor must guarantee that the work submitted is his/her own creation and that they enjoy full copyright. From the date of submission, it is deemed that the contributor has granted the copyright (except for the authorship rights) and linking right of the submitted work to the event organizers. Contributors have the right to authorize the publication of their works and bear the domestic and foreign copyright responsibilities arising from the spread and publication of the submitted works.
3. 作品须由作者本人完成，所涉及的版权、署名权、肖像权、隐私权等法律范畴的责任由作者自行承担，与主办方无关。主办、承办、协办单位仅提供组织活动、评选、颁奖的活动平台。
The work must be completed by the author himself/herself. The responsibility for the copyright, authorship, images, privacy and other legal matters involved are borne by the author and have nothing to do with the organizer. The host units only provide the platform for organizing activities, evaluating, and awarding prizes.
4. 作品不得含有暴力、色情、宗教、种族歧视侵等，不得植入广告，以传播正能量为最终诉求。
The work shall not contain violence, pornography, religion, racial discrimination, etc. It shall not be implanted with advertisements, and the content should be positive.
5. 本次活动的解释权归主办方所有。参加此活动须遵守活动规则。请作者自觉遵纪守法，一经投稿，视为自愿承认上述活动规定。
The organizer reserves the right to interpret how the event should be conducted. Participation in this event is subject to the rules. Creators are requested to take care to abide by the laws and regulations consciously. Once submitted, participants are deemed to have voluntarily acknowledged the regulations above.
