Dear SDC buddies,are you ready to showcase your creativity and talent?To inspire your imagination,we have meticulously planned a cultural and creative collection event.We invite you to design and create unique cultural and creative products inspired by the SDC culture.Let's express our love for SDC and share our unique perspectives together.

本次征集活动面向全体中丹学院的在校学生，不限专业、不限年级，只要你热爱创意和艺术，都可以参与！
This collection event is open to all current students of SDC,regardless of major or year of study.As long as you have a passion for creativity and art,you are welcome to participate!
文创征集
作品要求-Requirements
SDC
作品应具备以下特点：
与中丹学院相关的文创产品，例如logo及插画设计、雨伞、U盘、水杯等，题材可以涵盖中丹文化的融合、国科大科学精神等方面。
创意独特、富有艺术表达力，展现你对中丹学院的理解和热爱。必须为原创作品，不得抄袭盗用。
符合中丹学院的形象和价值观，传递积极向上的信息。
具有一定的生产可行性。
The artworks should possess the following characteristics:
They should be cultural and creative products related to SDC,such as logo and illustration designs,umbrellas,USB drives,water bottles,etc.The themes can encompass the integration of Sino-Danish culture,the scientific spirit of SDC,and more.
The creations should be unique,artistically expressive,and reflect your understanding and love for SDC.They must be original works and not plagiarized or stolen from others.
They should align with the image and values of SDC,conveying a positive and uplifting message.
They should have practical feasibility for production.

投稿方式-Submission Method

参与很简单！只需按以下步骤操作：
将你的作品制作成图片或文档格式。
发送作品至指定邮箱1621428672 qq.com。
邮件题目统一为：中国科学院大学中丹学院文创作品征集作品/作者姓名/联系电话。
设计文稿不限软件，提交文件的以作品品类（若多页则需标明1、2、3……）-作者名称命名，如：卫衣1-张三.jpg
参与者需提交图片格式的文件（JPG或PNG）与源文件（如PSD等）。请参与者自己保留源文件和底稿，来稿一律不退。使用Photoshop等平面设计软件进行设计时，选用CMYK色彩模式，运用较高分辨率（300dpi及以上）以保证打印出来清晰可见；使用手绘方式进行设计时，务必将手绘稿进行高清扫描（300dpi及以上）后提交，因扫描不清晰而影响评分的作品，参与者自行承担后果。
在邮件中阐述作品简介和设计理念。
每位参与者可以提交多个作品，鼓励大家充分展现自己的创意。
Participating is simple!Just follow these steps:
Prepare your artwork in image or document format.
Send your work to the designated email address:1621428672 qq.com.
Use the following subject line for your email:"Submission for SDC Creative Works Collection/Author's Name/Contact Phone Number."
For design submissions,there are no limitations on software.Name your submitted files according to the work category(if multiple pages,indicate as 1,2,3,etc.)followed by the author's name.For example:"Hoodie1-JohnSmith.jpg."
Participants need to submit files in image format(JPG or PNG)as well as the source files(such as PSD).Participants should keep their own source files and drafts,as submitted materials will not be returned.When designing with graphic design software like Photoshop,use the CMYK color mode and a high resolution(300 dpi or above)to ensure clear visibility when printed.If hand-drawn illustrations are used,they must be scanned at high resolution(300 dpi or above)before submission.Participants will be responsible for any consequences arising from unclear scans affecting the evaluation of their works.
In the email,provide a brief introduction and design concept for your work.
Each participant can submit multiple works,and we encourage everyone to fully showcase their creativity.

评审流程-Judging Process

我们将组成专业评审团，对所有提交的作品进行评选。评审将根据以下标准进行：
创意与独特性：作品的新颖度和与主题的契合度。
艺术表达：作品的美感和艺术性。
与中丹学院的相关性：作品对中丹学院形象和价值观的体现。
与此同时，我们将开放投票宣传，设置最受欢迎奖，让大家一起参与决选优秀作品！
We will form a professional judging panel to evaluate all submitted works.The judging criteria will be based on the following:
Creativity and uniqueness:The originality of the work and its alignment with the given theme.
Artistic expression:The aesthetic appeal and artistic quality of the work.
Relevance to SDC:The reflection of SDC's image and values in the work.
In addition,we will also initiate a public voting campaign and introduce a"Most Popular Award,"allowing everyone to participate in selecting outstanding works!

评选出的优秀作品将有机会展示在中丹学院内的展览中。投稿作品被制作成实物的同学，可以得到成品作为纪念。
此外，我们还将颁发评选奖项。
一等奖一名Sony防水便携蓝牙音箱一个
二等奖两名价值100元京东图书券一份
三等奖三名国科大徽章套组（三选二）
参与奖所有参与比赛的同学均可获得中丹学院钥匙扣一枚
The selected outstanding works will have the opportunity to be showcased in an exhibition within SDC.Participants whose submitted works are transformed into physical products will receive the final product as a commemorative item.
In addition,we will also present awards to recognize the achievements of participants.The award categories and quantities are as follows:
First Prize:1 winner Sony waterproof portable Bluetooth sound
Second Prize:2 winners Worth 100 yuan One Jingdong book voucher
Third Prize:3 winners UCAS Badge Set(2 out of 3)
Participation Awards:All participants of the competition will receive a SDC keychain as a token of appreciation.
Please note that the specific design and material of the awards may vary,and the keychain is a symbolic gesture to acknowledge the participation of all contestants.

注意事项-Important Notes:
SDC
应征作品一经送达，即视为应征者已全部知晓并完全接受本征集规则。不符合本规则要求的，应征者可于截止时间之前补正。
中国科学院大学中丹学院拥有文创作品的著作权，作品一经投稿不可用于商业。
所有作品必须原创，且不得侵犯他人的版权。
请在规定时间内完成投稿，逾期提交的作品将不予考虑。
本活动最终解释权归中国科学院大学中丹学院学生会所有。
Once the submitted works are received,it will be deemed that the participants are fully aware of and fully accept the rules of this collection.If the submission does not meet the requirements of these rules,participants may make corrections before the deadline.
Sino-Danish College(SDC)of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences retains the copyright of the cultural and creative works.The submitted works cannot be used for commercial purposes.
All works must be original and must not infringe upon the copyrights of others.
Please ensure that your submission is completed within the specified time frame.Works submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The final interpretation of this event belongs to the Student Union of Sino-Danish College of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
