本次大赛将分为初赛、复赛、决赛，初赛为专家线上评选、复赛为艺术博览会专家评选，决赛将在艺术之夜最终角逐，根据专家评审+藏家点评+媒体反响+观众口碑，综合评定评选。最终获奖的艺术家和画廊作品可参与艺术之夜的现场拍卖。如作品在博览会被收藏，藏家也可以参拍本次拍卖（本次拍卖数据将在国际艺术网站呈现数据，录入当代艺术拍卖数据图录）。The competition will be divided into preliminary, second and final rounds. A. Application requirements
艺术之夜—GCAA大赛征集面向全球艺术画廊、艺术机构开放申请，且艺术画廊和机构一年举办三次以上展览经验，且至少参加过1次国内外大型艺博会经历，独立艺术家开放部分名额，以往参与过Culture Sower线上展，获奖三次以上的艺术家可申请此项目，此外独立艺术家须参加国内外艺博会经历方可申请。Art Night - GCAA Competition is open to applications from art galleries and institutions around the world, with more than three exhibitions held by art galleries and institutions a year, and at least one experience in participating in large-scale art fairs at home and abroad. Independent artists are open to some places. 本次大赛以当代艺术为主，即能够反映当时当下的艺术，我们称之为当代。本次大赛不限主题，不限媒介，鼓励大胆、创新型表达语言、方式和内容。可提交绘画类、雕塑类、装置类、新媒体类均可。This competition focuses on contemporary art, which can reflect the contemporary art at that time. 三、展位单元分类
C. Booth unit classification
– MAIN 主画廊单元：汇聚海内外知名画廊及设计艺廊，展示二十一世纪当代艺术精品。
- Main Gallery Unit: A collection of well-known galleries and design galleries at home and abroad, showcasing contemporary art in the 21st century.
– APPROACH单元：聚焦新锐画廊及艺术机构，参展画廊以策展的形式呈现其代理艺术家的个展，或不多于三位艺术家的群展。
- APPROACH Unit: Focusing on cutting-edge galleries and art institutions, participating galleries present individual exhibitions of their acting artists in the form of curators, or group exhibitions of no more than three artists.
– 艺术家个人单元：聚焦当代顶尖独立艺术家，具有鲜明的当代语言，可以已艺术IP化形象立体呈现艺术家独立艺术语言、思想等。
- Artist Personal Unit: Focusing on top independent contemporary artists, with a distinctive contemporary language, it can provide a three-dimensional representation of artists IP with independent artistic language, ideas, etc. 
三、申请流程
C. Application process:
1、请根据申请类别获取对应的申请表格：

填写好表格后，请于2023年6月30日前提交报名表格。请注意若递交的必要材料不完整将可能导致申请障碍或失败，同时执委会将不予以受理任何申请材料清单以外的材料。After completing the form, please submit the registration form before June 30, 2023. Please note that incomplete submission of necessary materials may lead to obstacles or failures in the application, and the Executive Committee will not accept any materials other than the application materials list.

执委会将评估展商所提供之申请材料，并有权要求参展单位替换参展作品与艺术家。审核结果将以电子邮件通知。The Executive Committee will evaluate the application materials provided by the exhibitor and have the right to request the exhibitor to replace the exhibits and artists. The audit results will be notified by email.
4、参展作品之保证d. Guarantee of Exhibited Works
展商必须保证其参展作品之真实性及品质；并保证其对作品拥有完整的所有权或享有处分权；保证其对作品的展览、销售、复制、信息网络传播、宣传等不会侵害任何第三方的合法权益（包括但不限于所有权、著作权、隐私权、名誉权、继承权等），亦不违反相关法律的规定。Exhibitors must ensure the authenticity and quality of their exhibits; And guarantees that it has complete ownership or the right to dispose of the work; Ensure that the exhibition, sale, reproduction, information network dissemination, and promotion of their works will not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party (including but not limited to ownership, copyright, privacy, reputation, inheritance, etc.), nor violate the provisions of relevant laws.展商保证，参展作品不存在任何瑕疵（瑕疵系指存在于参展作品本身的在制作、流传、保管过程中产生的任何缺陷）。The exhibitor warrants that the exhibited works are free from any defects (defects refer to any defects that exist in the production, circulation, and storage process of the exhibited works).
