2022年1月8日，由青岛市崂山区人民政府主办、青岛市崂山区自然资源局承办的“《青岛石老人滨海公园设计方案征集》资格预审会”在青岛市崂山区召开。会议邀请了风景园林、建筑设计、城市规划等专业背景的7位专家组成资格预审委员会。评审专家对设计机构提交的报名文件进行了认真审阅、讨论和评审，并通过记名投票确定了5家受邀设计机构进入下一阶段方案设计，同时选出了2家有排序的备选机构。
The Prequalification Meeting of the Design Solicitation for Qingdao Shilaoren Seaside Park, hosted by Laoshan District People’s Government of Qingdao Municipality and organized by the Bureau of Natural Resources of Laoshan District, Qingdao Municipality, was held in Laoshan District, Qingdao City on January 8, 2022. The prequalification committee was constituted by 7 invited experts in areas of landscape architecture, architectural design and urban planning etc. They read and carried out discussion & evaluation on all the registration documents submitted by applicants. According to the disclosed voting result, 5 invited firms to enter the next design stage and two alternatives are as follows:
