江南山水,是烟雨朦胧里的平和、恬淡、宁静,山势连绵,茂林重叠,秀润空灵。莫干山,是最迷人的江南山水,以秀竹、清泉、幽谷成为最清凉的避暑胜地。莫干山位于浙江省西北部,长三角中心位置,相传春秋时期,干将、莫邪夫妇,在山中铸成雌雄双剑,锋利无比,盖世无双,莫干山因此名震天下。
Mountains and rivers,through their natural forms,provide spiritual pleasure and aesthetic enjoyment to people.The Chinese people's love for natural landscapes is evident in the ink paintings and poems dedicated to the scenery,embodying the unity of nature and humanity and the practice of self-discovery,understanding of the universe,and empathy for all living beings.Moganshan is located in the northwest part of Zhejiang Province,in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta.According to legend,during the Spring and Autumn Period,a couple named Gan Jiang and Mo Ye crafted a pair of male and female swords of unparalleled sharpness within the mountains.These swords were extraordinary and renowned throughout the world,thus giving rise to the fame of Moganshan.
“莫干好,遍地是修篁。夹道万竿成绿海,风来凤尾罗拜忙。小窗排队长。”莫干山自古就是隐逸之地,古刹道观林立、别墅崇楼辉映,被视为人间净土、世外桃源。这里远离城市的喧嚣嘈杂,青山绿水,静谧灵秀,素以竹、云、泉“三胜”和清、静、绿、凉“四优”称秀天下,森林覆盖率高达92%以上,七、八两月平均温度仅24度,是独具魅力的国家级风景名胜区、国家级旅游度假区、国家级文明旅游示范单位。早在清末民初被列入中国“四大避暑胜地之一”,还被《纽约时报》推荐为“全球最值得一去的45个地方之一”。
"Mogan is good,abundant with bamboo groves everywhere.Countless bamboo shoots lining the paths,grow into a sea of green.When the wind comes,bamboo leaves rustle like the tail feathers of a phoenix.Small windows stand in a queue,each vying for a view."Since ancient times,Moganshan has been a place of seclusion.Ancient temples and Daoist monasteries stand amidst lush forests,while villas and pavilions shine brightly.It's regarded as a pure land and an idyllic retreat away from the bustling and hustling of the city.The serene landscape features bamboo,clouds,and springs,known as the"Three Beauties,"along with qualities of purity,tranquility,greenery,and coolness,known as the"Four Excellences."With a forest coverage rate of over 92%,an average temperature of only 24 degrees Celsius in the months of July and August,it has become a captivating national-level scenic area,tourist resort,and model for civilized tourism.As early as the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China period,Moganshan was listed as one of China's"Four Great Summer Resorts."It was even recommended by The New York Times as one of the"45 Places Worth Visiting Most in the World."
“一座莫干山,半部民国史。”一百多年前,莫干山上建起了度假别墅、邮局、银行、商铺,200多幢遍布于山间的别墅,有北欧田园式乡村别墅的陡坡屋顶,也有古罗马的柱式建筑遗风,有哥特式的卷拱门窗,也有西方古典式的门庭栏杆,还有中国古典式建筑的歇山飞檐点缀其间。大自然的杰出创造和近代风云变幻的历史,共同铸就了兼具东西方文化特色的莫干山,被人们冠以“万国别墅博物馆”之名,仅列入全国文保单位的就有43处,也被誉为“中国的富士山”、“东方的托斯卡纳”。张静江、黄郛、马占山、蒋介石、梅滕更……无数民国时期风云人物就像莫干山上的云海一样,肆意挥洒,尽情施展,自由驰骋,勾勒出一个政治、经济、文化等多维度的“秀场”,构建起一个中西方文化交融、碰撞的特有标本,留下一袭江南旧梦的渔樵夜话。
"One Moganshan,half the history of the Republic of China."Over a hundred years ago,on Moganshan,vacation villas,post offices,banks,and shops were constructed.More than 200 villas are scattered throughout the mountains,featuring steep-sloped roofs reminiscent of Northern European countryside villas,traces of ancient Roman columnar architecture,Gothic arched windows and doors,classical Western-style gatehouses and railings,as well as traditional Chinese architectural elements like"xie shan"(sloping roofs with projecting eaves).The outstanding creations of nature and the ever-changing history of modern times combined to shape Moganshan into a blend of Eastern and Western cultural features.It was dubbed the"Museum of Villas from around the World."There are 43 locations designated as national cultural heritage sites,and it's also referred to as"China's Mount Fuji"and the"Oriental Tuscany."Countless prominent figures of the Republic of China era,such as Zhang Jingjiang,Huang Fu,Ma Zhanshan,Chiang Kai-shek,and David Duncan Main,were like the clouds in the sky above Moganshan,freely expressing themselves,showcasing their talents,and freely roaming.They painted a multi-dimensional"show stage"encompassing politics,economy,culture,and more.It fostered a unique fusion and clash of Chinese and Western cultures,leaving behind tales of old Jiangnan dreams exchanged by fishermen and woodcutters under the starry skies.

▲2007年,第一家洋家乐“裸心乡”建成,继续追加于2011年“裸心谷”建成,及至2017年整合打造“裸心堡”In 2007,the first foreign-style guesthouse named Naked Home Village was established.It was followed by the addition of Naked Stables in 2011,and eventually,in 2017,the integration and development of Naked Castle were completed.
党和国家领导人曾多次亲临视察,古木翠竹、飞瀑流泉、清凉怡人的莫干山上,留下了奋斗的足迹,镌刻着贤者的传奇。1937年,周恩来肩负中央重托,南下在此与蒋介石进行第二次国共合作谈判。1940年,莫干山成为中共浙西特别工作委员会驻地。1952年,陈毅来到莫干山,留下了7首脍炙人口的《莫干好》。1954年,毛主席在杭州主持起草“五四宪法”,来到莫干山下榻126号别墅,留下《七绝·莫干山》的诗句。
Party and state leaders have visited and inspected Moganshan many times,leaving their footprints on ancient trees,lush bamboo groves,cascading waterfalls,and refreshing scenery,with legends of struggle and wisdom engraved.In 1937,entrusted by the central leadership,Zhou Enlai came south to hold the second round of negotiations for the National United Front with Chiang Kai-shek.In 1940,Moganshan became the residence of the Communist Party of China's Zhejiang-West Special Working Committee.In 1952,Chen Yi visited Moganshan,composing seven memorable verses of"Mogan is Good."In 1954,Chairman Mao Zedong presided over the drafting of the"Constitution of 1954"in Hangzhou.He stayed in Building 126 at the foot of Moganshan,leaving behind poetic verses titled"Seven-Character Quatrain:Moganshan."

从古至今,莫干山一直以“江南第一山”极为秀美的自然山水,吸引一批又一批的隐士、僧人、政要、名流、游客来此开发、建设、会议、度假。面对这样一个自然与人文并重的场地,我们该如何以后瞻和前瞻的态度进行营造?在对其再开发、再建设的过程中,延续其千年的历史,让其焕发出原有的热烈底色——天然避暑胜地,赋予其当代的明亮色彩——游客的获得感,催生一个洋溢希望的可持续未来图景。
本次莫干山核心景区规划及荫山街概念设计国际竞赛,由浙江省机关事务管理局、浙江省住房和城乡建设厅、浙江省文化和旅游厅、浙江省林业局指导,中国风景名胜区协会支持,莫干山管理局(文旅集团)主办,YoungBird组织策划,designverse设计宇宙提供全球设计资源大数据研究服务平台,面向全球设计机构、设计师个人征集优秀方案,现正式启动。
Throughout history,Moganshan has always been renowned as the"Number One Mountain in Jiangnan"for its extraordinary and beautiful natural landscapes,continuously attracting hermits,monks,politicians,celebrities,tourists,and numerous others to explore,develop,hold meetings,and enjoy holidays in this place.Faced with such a site that combines both natural beauty and cultural heritage,how can we approach its development with a forward-looking attitude while looking back?In the process of redevelopment and construction,we should continue its thousand-year history,allowing it to radiate its original warm essence as a natural summer retreat,while infusing it with contemporary vibrancy,enhancing visitors'experience,and envisioning a sustainable and hopeful future.
The Moganshan Core Scenic Area Planning and Yinshan Street Conceptual Design International Competition is officially launched,guided by Zhejiang Provincial Government Offices Administration,Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism,and Zhejiang Provincial Forestry Administration,and supported by China Association of National Parks and Scenic Sites.The competition is hosted by Moganshan Administration(Cultural and Tourism Group),and organized by YoungBird with designverse as the global design resource big data research and service platform,aiming to obtain outstanding proposals from global designers and design agencies.
《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》,提出要推动文化和旅游融合发展,打造一批富有文化底蕴的世界级旅游景区和度假区,推进创新发展,提升度假休闲服务品质。
莫干山,位于长江三角洲中心位置,拥有千年的人文历史,以修竹、山泉、别墅称秀于江南,被称为“江南第一山”,享有“清凉世界”之美誉,是中国四大避暑胜地之一,亦有“世界近代建筑博物馆”之称,未来将打造成长三角名片级的国际旅游度假景区。
According to the Outline of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 of the People's Republic of China,it is proposed to promote the integrated development of culture and tourism,creating a batch of world-class tourist attractions and resorts with rich cultural heritage,advancing innovation and development,and enhancing the quality of leisure and vacation services.
Moganshan,located in the central region of the Yangtze River Delta,boasts a thousand years of cultural history.Renowned for its bamboo groves,mountain springs,and villas that are unparalleled in Jiangnan,Moganshan is acclaimed as the"Number One Mountain in Jiangnan"and is known as the"Cool World,"making it one of China's top four summer retreats.It is also referred to as the"World Modern Architecture Museum".In the future,Moganshan aims to become an internationally renowned tourist destination in the Yangtze River Delta region.

1.体现莫干山核心区主平台、主引擎作用,与山下业态形成互补;
2.突显莫干山特色:突显莫干山自然生态、人文特征,深度挖掘景区特色;
3.确定空间最佳布局:针对不同年龄及消费层级群体,明确最适宜的空间结构和功能组团及价值;
4.构建功能空间体系:以目标用户需求为导向,策划引领业态,产品思维,合理构建各功能空间内容;
5.预留弹性空间:充分考虑空间的灵活性,为后续业态产品的运营迭代预留弹性。

1.Highlighting the main role of platform and engine played by the Moganshan core area,making it complementary to the business formats at the foot of Moganshan;
2.Emphasizing Moganshan’s Features:Highlight the natural ecology and cultural characteristics of Moganshan,deeply exploring the unique characteristics of the scenic spots;
3.Determining Optimal Spatial Layout:Tailor the most suitable spatial structure,functional clusters,and values for different age and consumer groups;
4.Establishing Functional Spatial System:Guided by the needs of the target users,plan leading business formats,adopting product-oriented approaches,and logically constructing the content of various functional spa ces;
5.Allotting Flexible Space:Fully consider spatial flexibility,reserving elasticity for subsequent iterations of operation of business format products.
二、荫山街建筑概念设计:
1、优化空间布局及功能:围绕策划定位,合理组织功能和空间布局,明确沿街建筑群的定位、功能、业态及核心竞争点;
2、创新建筑风格:基于莫干山百年海派度假文化进行创新,将建筑群打造成独特的风景,提升建筑所在街区荫山街的空间风貌,从根本上避免复制其他景区带来的同质化竞争;
3、打造地标性建筑:地标建筑具有独特的设计理念,丰富业态内容,在造型、立面上大胆创新,结合莫干山文化,可融入现代科技和新材料;
4、融入生态和美学:与自然环境相呼应,同时具有美学意义;
5、营造沉浸式场景:基于引领性的业态,以丰富的设计元素营造沉浸式体验街区,打造具有旅游吸引力的24小时生活圈。
II.Yinshan Street Architectural Conceptual Design:
1.Optimizing Space Layout and Functionality:Centered around the strategic positioning,logically organize functions and spatial layouts,precisely determine the positioning,functions,business formats,and core competitive strength of the buildings along the street;
2.Innovating Architectural Style:Innovate based on Moganshan's century-old Shanghai style vacation culture,transform architecture clusters into unique scenery,and enhance the spatial appearance of Yinshan Street where the buildings are located,to fundamentally avoid the homogenized competition arising from replication of other scenic areas;
3.Creating Landmark Buildings:Landmark buildings possess distinctive design concepts,with bold innovation in form and façade,enriching business format contents.By integrating Moganshan culture,they can incorporate modern technology and new materials;
4.Integrating Ecology and Aesthetics:Respond to the natural environment,while holding aesthetic significance;
5.Creating Immersive Scenes:Based on pioneering business formats,create an immersive experience-oriented street by employing rich design elements,and establish a 24-hour living circle with tourism appeal.

4.Feasibility:Follow the execution and implementation of the scenic area business format planning and block architectural conceptual design,ensure that the operational planning suggestions are informative and actionable during actual operations;
5.Cost Control and Profitability:Based on the aforementioned objectives,ensure reasonable cost control under the executed plan,while thoroughly considering project cooperation and profitability models.
项目要求传承好莫干山文化,以生态优先最大程度地保留莫干山的底色,在保护中发展,在发展中保护,以《莫干山风景名胜区总体规划》(2018-2035)为依据,针对莫干山山顶核心景区3平方公里范围进行业态规划,提出策划运营建议(附加),并针对荫山街400米主干区域进行空间风貌的提升和建筑风貌的创新。主要内容有:
The project demands the preservation and inheritance of Moganshan's cultural heritage,with a primary focus on ecological considerations to retain the essence of Moganshan.The design should strive for a harmonious development,balancing preservation and progress.The Masterplan of Moganshan Scenic Spots(2018-2035)serves as the basis for the competition proposals.In regard to the 3-square-kilometer scope of Moganshan's mountaintop core scenic area,a business format planning is proposed,along with operational suggestions(additional),and enhancements to the spatial appearance and innovative architectural style of the 400-meter Yinshan Street.The main contents are as follows:

莫干山,地处浙江省西北部湖州市德清县境内,距杭州60公里、上海200公里、南京230公里,苏州160公里,毗邻太湖、杭州湾,气候宜人,空气清新,是整个长三角地区最适宜度假的目的地。主峰塔山海拔720米,山脉连绵,秀丽多姿,茂林修竹,山泉清澈,四季景色各异。主要景点有剑池、芦花荡、武陵村、旭光台、滴翠潭、大坑等。
Moganshan is situated in the northwestern part of Deqing County,Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province.It is located 60 kilometers from Hangzhou,200 kilometers from Shanghai,230 kilometers from Nanjing,and 160 kilometers from Suzhou.Moganshan,adjacent to Taihu Lake and Hangzhou Bay,enjoys a pleasant climate and fresh air,making it an ideal vacation destination in the entire Yangtze River Delta region.The main peak,Tashan Mountain,reaches an altitude of 720 meters.The mountain range is continuous and boasts a picturesque landscape with lush bamboo forests,clear mountain springs,and diverse scenery throughout four seasons.Its main attractions include Sword Pool,Reed Marsh Park,Wuling Village,Dawn Light Platform,Emerald Green Pool,and Dakeng,etc.

Moganshan has a green coverage rate of over 92%.In recent years,numerous themed activities and events have been held based on the concept of"Forest Tourism+".Focusing on the"Scenery with Cultural Decoration",we paid attention to how to make the literary characteristic stand out and held special events such as"Literary and Artistic Lending of Beauty·Summer Lotus"and"Reading under the Starry Sky".This not only showcased the beautiful natural scenery of the scenic spots,but also further enhanced tourists'sense of experience,striving to present the beauty of the millennium old Moganshan cultural heritage.
本项目业态规划范围是山顶核心景区,面积3平方公里,东起枕头山,南至炮台山,西接怪石角,北连花坑水库。核心景区的历史街区——荫山街,海拔600米,堪称浙江省最高的街区,被称为“天街”、“天市”,是莫干山核心景区里最繁华的商贸街区。
The scope of this project's business format planning is the mountaintop core scenic area,covering an area of 3 square kilometers.It extends from Zhentou Mountain in the east to Paotai Mountain in the south,connects to Intriguing Stone Corner in the west,and is bordered by Huakeng Reservoir in the north.The historical street block within the core scenic area,known as Yinshan Street,sits at an elevation of 600 meters,making it the highest block in Zhejiang Province and earning it the nickname"Heavenly Street"and"Heavenly Market."Yinshan Street is the most bustling commercial block within the Moganshan Core Scenic Area.

荫山街,总长约400米,集食、宿于一地,同时还是上下山进入各个景区的换乘地,沿街设有餐饮、商业、住宿、文化等多种生活配套,包括邮局、餐厅、咖啡馆、文化礼堂、教堂、别墅酒店等。荫山街的历史可追溯至19世纪末20世纪初,当时商铺林立、熙来攘往,满足了来此兴建别墅和度假游客的生活、娱乐所需。主要商铺为中华银楼、源泰杂货店、伊文思书馆分销处、商务印书馆陈列所、西式成衣店、蔡丫头皮鞋店等,之后设立了邮局、泳池、网球场、电影院等设施。
Yinshan Street,with a total length of approximately 400 meters,is a hub for dining and accommodation,serving as a transportation center for visitors entering and exiting different scenic spots.Along the street,there are diverse living facilities,including restaurants,commercial establishments,accommodations,and cultural venues,such as post offices,restaurants,cafes,cultural halls,churches,and villa hotels.The history of Yinshan Street dates back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was a bustling commercial hub with numerous shops catering to the needs of villa builders and vacationers.The main shops at that time included Chinese Jewelry,Yuantai Grocery Store,Evans Bookstore Distribution Center,The Commercial Press Exhibition Hall,Western-style Clothing Store,and The Girl Cai’s Shoe Store.Subsequently,additional facilities such as post office,swimming pool,tennis court,and cinema were established.

邀请规划设计、旅游发展、景区运营、文化宣传策划类等行业专家(侧重国内一流文旅、景区、策划机构专家)组成评审委员会。The Review Committee will be composed of experts from various industries,including planning and design,tourism development,scenic area operation,and cultural promotion and planning.The focus will be on inviting top domestic experts from leading cultural tourism,scenic area,and planning agencies to form the committee.
本次竞赛流程包括设计机构资格遴选和方案竞赛两个阶段。
第一阶段:设计机构资格遴选
1、参赛申请人根据本次竞赛命题,提交相应的报名材料。由主办方委托组织策划方召开“设计机构资格遴选会”,从符合要求的参赛申请人中择优选出入围参赛申请人参与下一阶段方案竞赛;
2、通过遴选入围参赛申请人应按时提交《竞赛确认函》;
3、若参赛申请人未收到入围通知书视为未入围,组织策划方不再另行通知。
The competition process consists of two stages:Design Agency Prequalification Selection and Design Proposal Competition.
Stage One:Design Agency Prequalification Selection
1.Participants submit relevant application materials based on the competition brief.The competition organizing committee,appointed by the host,holds the"Design Agency Prequalification Selection Meeting"to select outstanding participants from the eligible applicants to proceed to the next stage of the Design Proposal Competition.
2.The shortlisted participants must submit the"Competition Confirmation Letter"within the designated time.
3.Participants who do not receive the Shortlist Notice should consider themselves not selected,and the competition organizing committee will not issue further notices.
第二阶段:方案竞赛阶段
1、入围参赛申请人提交符合竞赛命题的成果文件;
2、由主办方委托组织策划方召开“专家评审会”。参赛申请人(独立法人或联合体)主创设计师对设计方案进行介绍及答辩,现场讲解设计理念。竞赛评审委员会进行评审,确定相关奖项;
3、每家入围参赛申请人只允许提交一个设计方案。
Stage Two:Design Proposal Competition
1.The shortlisted participants submit their designdeliverables in accordance with the competition brief.
2.The competition organizing committee,appointed by the host,holds the"Expert Review Meeting."The participating applicants(either independent entities or consortia)present and defend their design proposals,providing on-site presentations of their design proposals.The competition review committee conducts evaluations and determines related awards.
3.Each shortlisted participant is allowed to submit only one design proposal.
本次竞赛总奖金123万元,分为机构组总奖金100万元和个人组总奖金23万元两个部分。获奖单位及特别有创意的规划设计成果将有机会受邀参与后期深化项目。

机构组参赛资格:
1、参赛申请人须是国内外注册的独立法人企业或机构,具有独立承担民事责任的能力。不接受个人或个人组合的报名;
2、参赛申请人须具有与本项目类似的业绩(旅游景区、度假区、商业街区及非单一建筑的功能区、建筑群综合体规划、设计或策划运营等相关项目);
3、接受联合体参赛,联合体成员数量不超过3家,联合体成员不得再单独或以其他名义与其他机构组成其他联合体参与报名,联合体合作方须签署具有法律效力的《联合体协议》,并明确牵头单位、各方工作分工等;
4、不接受纯境外机构的团体参赛。境外机构须与国内机构、团体组成联合体参赛。境外机构须在其所在国家或地区应具有合法相关营业范围(规划建筑类);
5、本次竞赛所有提交设计成果文件须为参赛申请人(独立法人或联合体)原创作品。
Eligibility for Agencies:
1.Participants must be registered independent legal entities or organizations,capable of assuming civil liabilities independently.Individual or personal group registrations will not be accepted.
2.Participants must have similar qualifications,such as related experience in planning,designing,or operational projects related to tourist scenic spots,resorts,or commercial blocks.
3.Joint participation is allowed,with a maximum of 3 members in a consortium.The members of a consortium are not permitted to form another consortium separately or under any other name for registration.The consortium members shall sign a legally effective Consortium Agreement,clearly defining the leading member and the division of work among all members.
4.Pure foreign agencies are not eligible to participate as a group.Foreign agencies must form a consortium with domestic agencies or groups to participate.Foreign agencies shall have legal business scope(in the field of planning and architecture)in their respective countries or regions.
5.All designdeliverables submitted for this competition must be original works of the participants(either independent legal entities or consortia).
个人组参赛资格:
1、鼓励优秀设计师积极参与本次竞赛内容“5-荫山街建筑概念设计”,设计师可以个人或组合的形式参与报名,设计师个人组合人数不超过6人,国籍不限,专业不限;
2、来自全球建筑、室内、景观、规划等相关设计及艺术专业的设计师均可以个人或团队名义参加,提交已完成的设计作品,设计作品需表达与莫干山荫山街建筑相同或相似的设计概念。
Eligibility for Individuals:
1.Excellent designers are encouraged to actively participate in this competition by completing item 5 of the competition contents,i.e.Yinshan Street Conceptual Architectural Design.Both individuals and groups are accepted for the participation of designers,with members not exceeding 6 people.There is no limitation on nationality and the major.
2.It is open to all global designers of any major related to architecture,interiors,landscape,planning,etc.Both individuals and teams can participate in the competition,and submit the completed design works.The design work shall express the same or similar design concept with that of buildings in Yinshan Street,Moganshan.

1.方案需整体呈现于不少于4张,A2纵向图纸上,要求图纸清晰,标注可读(页边距8mm),包含:
-内容构成:
1)设计图:国外机构中英文设计说明,国内机构仅需中文设计说明,规划总平面,系统分析图(基地现状分析、功能组织分析、交通组织流线、空间结构等),其他分析图,平面、立面、剖面。
2)彩色效果图:鸟瞰图2~3张需表达核心景区空间场景布局和设计概念;3处重要公共空间场景节点1~2张意向图,表达不限;鸟瞰图1~2张需表达荫山街等重点街区的设计概念;人视角度空间节点透视图3张,表达不限;每栋建筑单体效果图2张,表达不限;
3)街区设计说明:设计理念、总平面布局与环境设计、所有建筑单体构思、功能、造型、结构选型、技术经济指标等。
*需要通过分析图及文字对方案进行详尽阐述,确认方案清晰可读。
2.提交两版资料:资料A为JPG格式,每张图纸大小不超过10M(designverse设计宇宙官网在线提交);资料B,策划方案、总体提升设计方案等核心景区规划及运营策划资料为原始高分辨率PPT,荫山街建筑概念设计为原始高分辨率PDF(moganshan youngbird.com.cn)。
3.参赛方案自行命名,命名尽量简洁,请按照“报名号-方案名称”格式命名文件夹;
4.作品提交语言:中英双语或中文;
5.图纸尽量按照总图-分析-单体-局部方式进行排布,可酌情自行调整;
6.封面:作品需上传封面,封面为作品的主视觉,尺寸为1045*654,72dpi,2MB以内;
7.所有图纸和文字说明中,请勿透露参赛者身份信息(如姓名、公司等),如有违反,将取消参赛资格。
1.The design work should be presented on a minimum of 4 A2 vertical format sheets.The drawings must be clear,legible,and labeled(8mm margins),and should include the following:
-Content Composition:
(1)Design Drawings:Bilingual(Chinese and English)design description for international agencies,while Chinese design description for domestic agencies,site plan,system analysis diagrams(current site analysis,functional organizational analysis,traffic organization flow,spatial structure,etc.),other analytical diagrams,plans,elevations,sections;
(2)Color Renderings:2-3 bird's-eye views expressing the layout of core scenic area and design concept;1-2 conceptual images of important public space scene nodes,expressing without limitations;1-2 bird's-eye views expressing the design concept of key blocks such as Yinshan Street;3 perspective views from human perspective,expressing without limitations;2 renderings for each single building,expressing without limitations;
(3)Block Design Description:Design concept,overall layout and environmental design,all single buildings conceptualization,functions,forms,structural choices,technical and economic indicators,etc.;
*The design proposal should be thoroughly explained through analytical diagrams and descriptive text to ensure its clarity and legibility.
2.Submit two versions of the materials:Version A in JPG format,with each sheet of drawings not exceeding 10MB(submit online through the designverse official website);Version B,core scenic area planning and operational planning materials including the planning proposal and overall design enhancement plan as well as suggestions for operation,should be provided in the original high-resolution PPT format,and the conceptual architectural design for Yinshan Street should be in the original high-resolution PDF format(send to moganshan youngbird.com.cn).
3.The competition entries should be named independently,with a concise format"Registration Number–Design Proposal Name"for folder naming.
4.Submissions can be in bilingual(Chinese and English)or Chinese language.
5.The drawings should preferably be arranged in the following sequence:Site Plan-Analysis-Single Buildings-Details.Participants may adjust the layout as needed.
6.A cover page must be uploaded for the entry.The cover page serves as the main visual representation of the design proposal,with dimensions of 1045*654,72dpi,and file size not exceeding 2MB.
7.All drawings and descriptive text must not reveal the identity of the participants(such as names,companies,etc.).Any violation will result in disqualification from the competition.
参赛申请人递交报名材料即视为接受以下知识产权条款。
1、参赛申请人承诺其拥有其提供服务时编制的所有图纸、说明、电子文档和其它相关文件(以下总称“成果文件”)的合法权利和知识产权。
2、所有由参赛申请人编制的策划方案和规划设计成果文件,其著作权归参赛申请人所有。在主办方向参赛申请人支付奖金后,该部分成果文件的知识产权归主办方所有。主办方可对参赛申请人递交的成果文件,通过传播媒介、专业杂志、书刊或其他形式进行展示和宣传。
3、参赛申请人应保证递交的成果文件在中国境内或境外没有且不会侵犯任何第三方的知识产权(包括但不限于著作权、专利权)或专有技术或商业秘密。参赛申请人应保证,如果其成果文件使用或包含任何第三方的知识产权或专有技术或商业秘密,参赛申请人已经获得权利人的合法、有效、充分的授权。参赛申请人因侵犯任何第三方知识产权或专有技术或商业秘密所引起的全部法律责任应由参赛申请人承担。
4、在竞赛过程中参赛申请人提供的设计基础资料(包括设计图纸、设计资料等)的知识产权属主办方及相关设计方所有。参赛申请人仅可以将上述文件用于参赛设计和编制参赛设计文件之目的。未经主办方书面许可,参赛申请人不得将上述文件用于其他工程设计或其他目的,也不得将上述文件泄露给任何第三方。
5、本次竞赛活动及相关文件的最终解释权归主办方。
By submitting the registration materials,the applicant accepts the following intellectual property terms:
1.The applicant warrants that it has the legal rights and intellectual property ownership of all drawings,descriptions,electronic documents,and other related files(collectively referred to as"deliverables")prepared for the provided services.
2.The copyright of all planning and designdeliverables prepared by the applicant belongs to the applicant.After the competition organizer pays the prize money,the intellectual property rights of this portion of the deliverables will belong to the competition organizer.The organizer may display and promote the deliverables submitted by the applicant on media,professional magazines,publications,or through other forms.
3.The applicant shall ensure that the submitteddeliverables do not and will not infringe upon any other person's intellectual property rights(including but not limited to copyrights and patents)or proprietary technology or trade secrets within or outside China.The applicant guarantees that if the deliverables use or include any other person's intellectual property or proprietary technology or trade secrets,the applicant has obtained legal,valid,and sufficient authorization from the rights holder.The applicant shall bear all legal liabilities arising from infringement of others'intellectual property or proprietary technology or trade secrets.
4.The intellectual property rights of design foundation materials provided by the competition applicant during the competition period(including design drawings and related materials)belong to the competition organizer and related design units.The applicant may only use the aforementioned materials for the purpose of participating in the design and preparing the design proposal.Without written permission from the competition organizer,the applicant shall not use the aforementioned materials for other engineering design or purposes,nor shall they disclose the aforementioned materials to any third party.
5.The final interpretation of this competition and related documents belongs to the organizer.
